A Lutheran Pastor, Tim finds music writing and performing as a creative
outlet in the midst of the rigor of pastoral ministry. "I don't
want to be classified as a stoic Norwegian pastor!" Tim sings,
writes, and tries to play guitar.
Skip "the guitar player" is our featured lead and electric
player. Skip is a Sexton by profession but his passion is for guitar.
Skip's attention for detail are essential for the success of the
Project. Skip plays in Untrained Laymen.
Mark is the "Jack-of-all-Trades" of the band. He plays
mandolin, guitar, violin, and he sings too! Mark is a professional
musician. Need we say anymore. Check out his website: Mark
Paffrath.
Marc brings another "Jack-of-all-Trades" to the band,
playing keyboards, guitar, percussion and vocals. You can never
have enough!
Eric is a phenomenal musician whose keyboards and musical creativity
help gel our music together. We call him the wizard.
Vincent is the "Master Picker". His bass playing drives
our energy and enthusiasm. His heart is incredible!
Michael adds the comedy and spice to the Project. Along with his talented
drum work, Mikey never lets us take our work too seriously!
Will has helped fill out the THP sound by adding his percussion talents
to the mix. He is a fine musician! Oh, the infusion of youth!
Re-discovering his love for percussion, Greg has become a steady
drummer for THP. But don't let his quiet personality fool you! What
other gifts lie beneath the surface? More vocals, perhaps?
Scott brings an enormous talent to the project. Not only is he a
fantastic guitarist, but he is an incredible song writer and performer.
Scott is always interested in learning and teaching us new things.
David has helped in past concerts with his horn playing, and continues
with gathering musicians and writing horn arrangements for THP standards.
We are excited about Dave’s participation in the project!
Do we have to keep step?
Ryan Anderson now takes over the “youngest of the Project”
persona. Ryan is a gifted musician and lends his talents in many
different ways to the band. His percussion and horn talents, as
well as the banjo, can be heard on the latest recording project-way
to go bone!
Terry is a wonderful contributor to THP in so many ways. He is a
“rock solid” bass player and musician. He also is a
great audio technician, which helps when it comes to performing.
Any new toys this year, Terry?
