Working together with the Division for Church in Society of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, THP, along with authors Susan Lang (revwriter.com) and Rochelle Melander (www.LifeRhymeCoaching.com) developed a travel guide for those traveling abroad, especially those going on mission, service or companion synod trips. The 140 page book offers people a chance to process their trip, before, during and after it is over. It is wonderfully written, and easily accessible. There are travel tips, thoughtful questions, insights and vignettes. The accompanying CD is a compilation recording of the Tim Hansen Project. It might be considered a peace and justice “greatest hits” of THP. Four new songs were written and recorded, they are, “Welcome Forward,” “We are on a Journey,” “Please, Don’t Drink the Water,” and “Fly Away.” The CD is meant to be a companion to the booklet as it provides the traveler with another way of learning. We are excited about the project. It is available through Augsburg Fortress Publishers (augsburgfortress.org)
